Lana Trotovšek se je po svojih prvih glasbenih korakih sprehodila že pri štirih letih starosti. Njena izjemna glasbena pot jo je vodila od učenja pod vodstvom Majde Jamšek do študija pri legendarnem Ruggieru Ricciju na Akademiji Mozarteum v Salzburgu. Lana je priznana po svoji "sijajni" izvedbi in "čisti, rafinirani tonaliteti," kot jo je opisal Washington Post. Znana je po svojem izjemnem glasbenem čutu za fraziranje in brezhibni intonaciji.

 Lana je debitirala z Mariinskim orkestrom pod taktirko Valerija Gergijeva leta 2012, kar je bil začetek njene svetovne kariere. Sodelovala je z vrhunskimi orkestri, kot sta Londonski simfonični orkester in Kraljevi filharmonični orkester in nastopila v najprestižnejših dvoranah sveta, vključno z Wigmore Hall, Dunajskim Konzerthausom in Amsterdamskim Concertgebouwom. Njena umetniška pot jo je popeljala od Evrope do Kitajske, Japonske in ZDA, kjer je nastopala na uglednih mednarodnih festivalih, kot sta Rheingau in Aix-en-Provence.

 Kot članica Greenwich tria in profesorica na Konservatoriju Trinity Laban ter občasna profesorica na Akademiji za glasbo v Ljubljani, Lana nadaljuje z mentorstvom mladih talentov, kar odraža njeno strast do izobraževanja in glasbene odličnosti. Lana je prejemnica več priznanj, vključno z nagrado Prešernovega sklada, kjer so poudarili njen pomembni prispevek k umetnosti.

 Ensemble Dissonance, pod umetniškim vodstvom Klemna Hvale, združuje uveljavljene glasbenike Orkestra Slovenske filharmonije in Simfoničnega orkestra RTV Slovenija. Njihova zavezanost se kaže v poustvarjanju komorne glasbe na najvišji umetniški ravni.

Značilnost njihovih koncertnih programov je inventivnost in drznost, saj ansambel v svojih izvedbah združuje glasbena dela različnih obdobij, stilov in žanrov, vedno s pogledom na preseganje ustaljenih norm.

S svojim delovanjem Ensemble Dissonance ne le ohranja in razvija tradicijo klasične in komorne glasbe, ampak tudi aktivno prispeva k njenemu napredku in širjenju.

Ensemble Dissonance

 Lana Trotovšek took her first musical steps at the age of four. Her remarkable musical journey led her from studies under Majda Jamšek to the tutelage of the legendary Ruggiero Ricci at the Mozarteum Academy in Salzburg. Recognized for her "brilliant" performances and "pure, refined tone," as described by the Washington Post, she is renowned for her exceptional musical phrasing and flawless intonation.

 Lana made her debut with the Mariinsky Orchestra under the baton of Valery Gergiev in 2012, marking the beginning of her global career. She has collaborated with top orchestras, including the London Symphony Orchestra and the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, and performed in the world’s most prestigious concert halls, including Wigmore Hall, Vienna Konzerthaus, and Amsterdam Concertgebouw. Her artistic journey has taken her from Europe to China, Japan, and the USA, where she has performed at renowned international festivals such as Rheingau and Aix-en-Provence.

 As a member of the Greenwich Trio and a professor at the Trinity Laban Conservatoire, as well as a visiting professor at the Academy of Music in Ljubljana, Lana continues to mentor young talents, reflecting her passion for education and musical excellence. She has received several accolades, including the Prešeren Fund Award, highlighting her significant contributions to the arts.

Ensemble Dissonance, under the artistic direction of Klemen Hvala, brings together accomplished musicians from the Slovenian Philharmonic Orchestra and the RTV Slovenia Symphony Orchestra. Their commitment is evident in their high-level artistic renditions of chamber music. Characterized by inventiveness and audacity, their concert programmes blend musical works from various periods, styles, and genres, always intending to transcend conventional norms. Through their activities, Ensemble Dissonance not only preserves and develops the tradition of classical and chamber music but also actively contributes to its advancement and proliferation.
